We have been using this facility since moving to the area in 2006. And in that time, Dr Stuver and Nurse Cynthia have always treated us like family, gave us great care and everyone had the best "best side" manner. However, things have changed recently. Over the past year or so, we have noticed that the front desk wants to rush you through everything, the nurse that takes you to the back was either cheerful and attentive or cold and inattentive to what's going on, and finally, any time you call for a follow up, the person on the phone acts as she has something better to do as they're rushing to wrap up the call. But after our most recent interaction, me and my family will not be returning to this facility. We were kind and patient with the staff on the phone, even though they delivered the wrong information. Upon trying to get the right information, the person on the phone acted as if WE did something wrong and that WE were the one who made the mistake. And when I asked about getting another test, the person had the nerve to tell me "We cannot do that." Nope...I'm done. Although I'm pleased to say that neither Nurse Cynthia nor Dr Stuver were involved in this incident, we still have to say goodbye to a group that we once trusted and respected.

I had a horrible experience at Piedmont urgent care in Baxter Village. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. When I got back for my appointment, the nurse was not much better either. I felt like more of a burden than a patient.
