2nd visit with same group and they were uncaring and cold. I was extremely weak and in pain. Had fever. Claimed I did not have fever. Did covid/flue text. Returned 15 min later said the reason you don’t feel well is you are positive fir covid. There is nothing we can do and turned abound and left without a word of advice oas my son stated at me and helped me off the table. Was awful experience. They are very rude other times. Ashley is fantastic but hasn’t been in when I have visited.

STAY AWAY! DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! "Free" Covid-19 test costs $220.00! Called regarding promise of "free" Covid-19 antibody testing. I was assured that yes, it was free. Friendly staff received me. An employee took me to an exam room and drew the blood sample and left, asking me to wait in the room. A minute later a lady entered and asked to listen to my chest for a moment. I did not refuse. She left about 45 seconds later. On my departure I asked the front desk, again, if I owed them anything, and the friendly employee ensured me that I owed nothing. Two weeks later I received a bill for $220.00!! I called to complain about this. It took SIX PHONE CALLS to finally hunt down a human being. Anna explained that the physician's assistant must listen to your lungs before ordering the diagnostic test to pull blood. I explain that that is NOT what happened (blood drawn first, then PA 'appears' for 45sec 'visit' without my request or approval). She offered to review bill with manager and get back with me. I never heard back from her for about 3 weeks. I tried to contact her on 7/6/20. It took EIGHT phone calls across Piedmont's system, and 17 minutes on hold, to reach a SINGLE HUMAN BEING, who had no information and no solution.
