Called for assistance as the online Covid appointment process was not working. Spoke with a receptionist who did not give her name. Was informed that I had to wait for the website to get fixed and it was not her problem or her job to assist me. Her “ job” is only to help people standing right in front of her. Very poor experience altogether.
