I have been coming here since July 2024 and if I am being honest, this was going to be my last try with the office, due to turnover. I have to say that the gal at the front desk was very sweet & helpful, the Nurse (her name has slipped my mind) was amazing & very friendly, and the P.A. Rachael, was awesome!! This has been a great experience & as long as this P.A. stays, I will remain a patient here!!

Jill is the best!!!! glad to have her as my PA. She’s very knowledgeable and genuine,  had great advice and understanding.

Love our dr.  I feel I can share anything w/her and she still gives medical wisdom even if I disagree w/her!♥️…. Yes I’d recommend her!

Office staff and doctors were amazing!! The MA who cared for both of my children was extremely rude. She interrupted my daughter as she was asking a question for her to take her shoes off. She rolled her eyes several times at us rather than asking questions. When I said we needed paperwork for school she sighed and said it’s going to be a few days before it’s done. Immediately after the provider said no problem we can do it right now. She acted as though we were wasting her time. I witnessed her actions with my daughter and my son reported the same experience. We’ve been coming to Platte River Med for a long time and have never known the staff to treat patients like this.

Solv has some issues with my iOS. At least one fill in page was converted to a reader page (text switch to larger white text on black page) with no ability to move on. Might be worth checking?

Vivian is a terrific addition to the group.  I couldn’t be more pleased! Everyone in the office has always been kind and respectful.  Check in is super easy and self paced.

Very efficient staff. I was changing providers and hadn’t called my insurance to do this. Very helpful staff helped me do this. Don’t remember her name but she was so helpful. Lou was my provider and he was great . Listened to all my information and provided some insightful suggestions.

The staff to my Dr, took great care of me, I'm very pleased with my visit.

Everyone was so professional, they care about how you're filling. They talked to you about what's going on. And the whole entire staff is very polite And very helpful.

Vivian Do is amazing! She is very knowledgeable,  pays attention to detail and has a very good bedside manner. She’s a breathe of fresh air.
