I had a great experience with Vivian, FNP. She was quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and was very responsive. I really appreciated how professional and caring she was while still making the appointment feel comfortable and efficient. I would definitely recommend Vivian to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares about her patients!

I am so extremely grateful and happy that I have found Platte River Medical I was able to get an appointment so quickly which really helped and worked with my work schedule. My provider Vivian Do is excellent, she listens and is very knowledgeable and always answers my email messages promptly. The MA’s are kind and the front desk is efficient. I also love being able to get my blood work done in office and they are also wonderful. I am so happy to be your patient

Check in was a nightmare. As a senior I struggled with the technology. I value my independence but will have to someone to go with me to check in. Staff was friendly but I was told that I would have to struggle with the process at each check in.

I scheduled a telehealth appointment due to increased blood glucose readings. I was very satisfied with the care and support I received from Lindsey. She listened to my concerns, provided helpful guidance, and made me feel supported. I truly appreciate her time and assistance!

Waited for an hour in a very cold room. The provider and I agreed that I would come in the following week to run a urine sample and that she would fill my adhd prescription in the meantime. She suggested Monday but said that anytime next week would be fine. I had to work a twelve hour shift OT on Monday because of short-staffing. I thought if I came in another day that would be fine. I admit that I left a hasty negative review after the appointment and I was annoyed at the thought of having to come every 3 months for a urine sample, but I NEVER refused the drug test. When the provider read the negative review she cancelled my prescription immediately, without calling me or asking me any follow up questions. She just canceled it like it was no big deal. She didn’t care about the consequences. I was just a number to her. Please speak to your patients kindly and not in a customer service style (I can’t be bothered) way. I also work with the public on a daily basis to help people going through extreme emotional distress and I have more empathy than you displayed that day. I was cold, hungry, first day of my period, and out of my prescription medication which helps regulate my emotions. The supervisor was just being a supervisor, backing up her employee, but didn’t actually listen to me either. Please do better. Be more empathetic. I know it’s hard, I get it. I do it all day long. I work in a high capacity municipal animal shelter. I take care of homeless pets, I help people looking for their lost pets, I have to humanely euthanize geriatric pets, and I also see abused neglected pets all day every day. And I have to be empathetic with every single person, even if they are a horrible human being. Just today, right before I called the clinic to ask about my canceled prescription, I had to be polite to a man who brought in his clearly starved dog to surrender it to the shelter because he said it whined too much. The dog was skin and bones, lateral, could barely lift its head. He talked about his dog like it was a piece of unwanted furniture, that it cost too much to feed it. But I still had to be kind to him, and I did my best to educate him on animal welfare. I can only hope that he listened to some of it. And then I had to go euthanize the poor thing because it was already on the verge of death. It had lived its entire life 10+ years tied to a shed outside, and then starved for the final year of its life because dog food was “too expensive”. I did all of that and then I called the clinic to ask about my adhd prescription. So maybe you can understand why I burst into tears over the phone. Please remember that you work with people, not numbers. I work so hard that last year I collapsed at work from burnout and had to be taken away in an ambulance. I forgot to take my adhd meds that day. And now I have to go a week or possibly more without them because of you. You could have just called me or talked to me. You didn’t even bother to get to know me. I’m disappointed.
