Best UC they could have ever came out with waiting times is not long at all front desk nice the MA are nice and the doctors have good side bed manners

Dr. Cook and Dr. Thomas and the staff are amazing. I’ve been here several times from stitches to rashes and the doctors listen, take their time and treat the children like people. I wish they could be my primary care provider.

I’ve been here twice with my infant child & my wait time was 20 min or less. Everybody is super friendly from the front desk to the doctors . Everybody bed side manners were awesome. Overall a great urgent care for small babies and children.

Dr Khan was effective, + bedside manner, and what you want in a HCP when your child is sick. The staff (Patriss) was supportive, helpful and effective. It made me happy that each person cared and helped during the visit. I am happy I decided to come here vs the ER.

The nurse & doctor were both great & understanding of my son’s fear and anxiety. We’ve always had good experiences here and would definitely come back again!

All the staff were excellent, but wait was problematic. Arrived at 2:40 for 2:45 appointment and not seen until 3:40 for a simple PCR test. That's nearly an hour in a wait room with unmasked children coughing all around us. Why have an appointment time if it won't be maintained? If running behind, pushing the appointment to 3:30p would help us plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary exposure to sick patients. In all we were there for 80 minutes for a basic PCR test.

Waited 3 hours for 30 seconds of doctor time. We were walk in but even someone who had an appt was told they had an hour waif

I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The nurse and doctor were friendly but the doctor gave me little to no advice on my son. I had to ask questions such as how long his sickness would last, when he can go to daycare, when to expect results from tests etc.

This was my first visit and I didn't know what to expect. Staff were very courteous and patient. Facility is very clean and functional. I will definitely revisit if I need to in the future.
