The staff and physician were very friendly. We have been to PM pediatrics many times. This was the first time we ever experienced a wait more than 15 minutes. I had received an email about long wait times but didn’t expect over an hour and a half for a quick Covid swab. To be fair though, the app wasn’t working when I tried to do the tele health appointment in advance so we just decided to go as a walk in

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease..
