Truly terrible and a waste of time. Misinformation, lack of staff, unprofessional

I had a 5:30 appointment I was there for 2 hours. I realize it’s a busy time of year for sick children but to wait over 2 hours was a lot . The medical assistant I believe Ken is great and the doctor also . The rooms have become very dirty the walls seem to have things wiped on them maybe a child with a runny nose . The staff is always nice but the condition of the office is in clean

These jokers allow you to make appointments but the time to see a provider still takes up to 3 hours. They are a joke. Find a better place that is mindful of providing prompt and URGENT care.

The best urgent I ever been to since moving to New Jersey 3 years ago.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE my advice as a medical professional is to go to the emergency room This place does non diagnostic studies Don’t ever trust them My son went to them 3 weeks ago after an injury to his fingers They said why did you rush and bring him it’s getting better already but we will X-ray him They did X-ray said it’s all good no broken bones. 3 weeks later his fingers are still swollen so his pediatrician decided to repeat X-ray and he has 4 broken fingers. Can’t get in touch with any manager or supervisor there or at their call center either that for all I know isn’t even in this country.

Had an appointment for one child, took my other as a walk in to be seen. They don’t take walk ins due to being overwhelmed. My child was turned away and sat in the car while my other one was seen. While waiting to be called back, they took a walk in patient.

I am so very upset with pm pediatric. I arrived there tonight with my 9 month old grandson because he was having fevers and inconsolable crying. Sadly we were turned away stated we do not have an appointment and can no longer walk in. I explained there site has no appointments and says to walk in. Again we were refused to be seen. I can’t believe you can just dismiss a baby not feeling well when there is absolutely no where else for him to be seen besides an er. What horrible service that is.

My daughter feels so comfortable with all the staff here! Very friendly and always so happy to help, she loves the theme rooms and it isn’t afraid to go to the dr! We book our appt right through the solve app and it is so easy! 10/10 recommend

Is hard to find COVID results

Difficult time trying to get test results on the patient portal. If a Dr. Cant talk to me about my child I can & will move along to another urgent care.
