Although the ease of making an appointment and checking in was a breeze. The doctors bedside manner was terrible. It was apparent Dr. Khan was in a rush based on how dismissive she was to the minimal details I attempted to give about my child. At the end of the visit we ruled out some tests and when asked what could have be been the final diagnosis she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. In annoyance I simply said OK and couldn’t wait to leave the exam room. Great facility and the rest of the staff was nice. I would be back if an urgent visit is needed I would just hope that doctor was having a bad day and is not like this every time.

Terrible service! Very unprofessional! We were waiting for 1.5 hrs and never been seen. Assistant Gabriella literally yelled at me. Doctor Rafi never showed up. The place is total scam. You cannot trust this place, you cannot bring your child there.

Terrible treatment and wait time. Wait time over an hour with an appointment on several occasions. Today had to leave after an hour and not seen by the doctor for a simple covid test. No response from the receptionist regarding the wait time. Rude and ignorant personnel.

Women at the front desk was horrible. She let several walk-in patients jump ahead of people with on-line scheduled appointments. I had to wait an hour after my scheduled time for my son to be seen. She was also just plain rude.
