This facility is just swamped with patients right now, yet the staff and providers do their absolute best to see everyone they can. They helped us make multiple appointments and get seen as quickly as possible. Despite being so busy, everyone we dealt with was friendly and kind. It was a pleasure to use the Springfield facility.

Professional, friendly, helpful!

The waiting room was completely full- all of the children were coughing and sneezing openly, adults and children were either not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. The app waitlist wasn’t even utilized, poor management of time and the office was for sure a super spreader of whatever funk is going around not just COVID. If my child didn’t have COVID before she for sure has it after that doctor visit

Virtua screeningl appt and Day of Covid test were efficient and well carried out. The problem - and why I wouldn’t recommend- is due to the incredibly confusing website. Just trying to schedule the virtual visit was overwhelming and extremely more difficult than it needed to be. Recommend a total re-work of the website with easy to find/follow links and more white space on the page.
