I had such a wonderful experience here. First, you can fill out all of the paperwork virtually ahead of time so there’s no need to go inside, and they text me when it’s time to come in. The front desk lady was nice and friendly, and the lady who did my child’s swab was so gentle. Great job, PM Peds!

They had no problem taking my $50 as soon as I walked in and saw the agony my son was in, but the girl at the front desk was not friendly or kind. When we finally got in a room, they had no bedside manner seeing my 12 yr old in pain and sent me to the ER. They didn’t give me paperwork and sent me on my way. $50 for nothing. Very upset with the whole experience.
