We booked an appointment online for 8:50. I realize now that it was close to closing, but if you don’t want to have patients near closing, stop taking appointments that late. Anyway, I took my 4yr old in and the girls pretty much rolled their eyes and treated us like we did not deserve their time. The girl at the front was barking at me to finish the forms on my phone, another girl was only concerned with cleaning, and the NP was handling my daughter like a dirty toilet seat she didn’t want to touch. They collectively ended up chasing us out and pretty much said come back tomorrow and we’ll tale you seriously. Why would I EVER return?? We hurried out and went to the ER where providers who actually have interest in healing patients saw my daughter and treated her. The whole experience at this urgent care was awful. We will NEVER be back and will never recommend. In fact, I am SHOCKED that those 3 girls are even in healthcare in general. If you don’t want to treat/encounter sick people, GET A NEW PROFESSION. It’s disheartening that there are people like this with licenses to practice medicine.

False advertisement they are listed for Kids as well as adults, but told me they couldn’t treat my baby only thing they could do was check for an ear infection such a JOKE!!
