I felt rushed due to my arrival being about closing time sign in was easy the doctor was helpful but I waited for quite sometime in a room prior to actually seeing the doctor some of my vitals were done but I never got on a scale but somehow on my paperwork it said my weight was 155 and I am a little over 140 this concerned me I was sent for Xrays but prior to them being done I was given my paperwork completed so I could leave after the Xrays it amazed me that the results of the Xrays were on my paperwork prior to the X-rays being done.

Came in for a swelling eye that hurt (regardless of touch), headache.  Was asked to do perform a standard eye test - at a 20 foot distance , reading an eye chart. Not told why and seemed incredibly incompetent for the reason I was there / to expect to read something with my eye half shut due to swelling.  After exam, left in room for what seemed an unusually long time - then given an inconclusive diagnosis. I understand based on symptoms; but not really ideas for comfort ideas or an estimate of when I might see improvement in either diagnosis scenario. And the one the NP leaned towards is nit what it has possibly resulted in. The pharmacist was much more helpful.

Was holding my cat when it got spoofed and his claw dug into my arm and actually pulled some skin off and meat out of my arm .. it was only a small cut but I knew it needed immediate attention.. was surprised when I looked on line and there was almost an immediate appt .. went in .. everyone from reg to NP was wonderful .. NP Ashley was tremendous.. she explained what and why she was doing what and when she did .. she was very personable no wait time was in and out of with in an hr

I needed to contact this office because my labs came back abnormal and I needed antibiotics. I called this office over 63 times in 2 hours. It only rings twice and hangs up. I tried 3 different phones.  I finally called the hospital and another urgent care until I finally was able to speak to someone and get my antibiotics. I have a heart transplant and I can mess around with infections. This specific Urgent Care in Englewood is very unprofessional and the let no way to contact them via MyChart message. I live 2 hours away. This is unacceptable to joke in your office about not answering the phones on purpose and then I ended up needing to call and was never heard for my medical condition that could lead to sepsis and death.  I will NEVER return to this urgent care.

Waited for over an hour to see the doctor. Then was rushed and sent home basically to do what I had been doing. Waste of time and money!

Scheduling was easy and the staff was amazing. They were friendly and professional. The wait time WITH an appointment was over an hour.

I saw Vanetta Scandrick very caring and thorough.Wish I could see her every time
