Doctor or RN that treated me was not very nice and did some tests but never came back in with the results. Just had the nurse come in and hand me some papers. I was supposed to get a prescription from meijer but mejer said they reached out to the prescribing doctor for a question and have not receive a call back. So I am sitting here no better off then when I went in.

Staff very efficient in handling my care. Wait time was short and care provided resolved immediate issues I was having. I felt better leaving than arriving to facility.

I had always preferred this urgent care to others because of the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and perceived quality of care. My last visit, however, left me extremely disappointed. I made an appointment to have my throat checked out because it had been sore and I had lost my voice. I was also experiencing ear pain, a runny nose, and a cough. The physician’s assistant checked my ear, looked in my throat, and determined that I only needed a liquid steroid to help with the inflammation in my throat. They did not do a strep test nor was I told my ear was infected. I found this out at another urgent care 3 days later, where I tested positive for strep and an ear infection!  These missed diagnoses cost me time and additional money. I should not have had to go to another provider to get adequate care. The kicker was that I called this provider back before I made a trip to either them or another place. I knew something was wrong with me and I wanted to get an opinion from them since they had treated me just a few days prior. I spoke with the receptionist who said she would talk to the physician’s assistant and call me back. When I did not receive a call back within a few hours, I tried calling twice and was hung up on.  I am very disappointed in the care I received (or lack of care I received) and the professionalism of this urgent care facility.

I came in because my cough had gotten worse and deeper, I’ve not been able to sleep or eat because of the cough.   I also had an ear infection that hasn’t gotten better and for some reason the doctor on duty spent 3min with me even though I waited 45min then gave me a new antibiotic no cough meds and phonogen for nausea that I don’t even have what a waste of my time and will still need to find medical attention

Everyone was extremely nice and professional with the exception of the nurse practitioner.     Her bedside manner left little to be desired!

It was a good visit. They heard my cough and listened to my symptoms. Called in medications right away because I got a notification from CVS that they received order before I left Urgent care parking lot. Thanks for your help.
