I went during my lunch break because usually my urgent care visits are quick. That’s with gohealth usually. That is why I go there instead of the hospital. However, the wait time was over an hour for this visit. I understand they had an emergency procedure that they kept apologizing for but my issue was quick and easy, all they did was prescribe medication for my back pain. Also, when the PA finally came, she didn’t mention any emergency, she just mentioned there was a shift change… I missed almost 2 hours of work for this. Other than that, the office staff was super friendly and kind of apologetic, not sure if they actually cared. Office is spacious and super clean.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online! I was able to do the paperwork online as well, saving time at arrival. I got in quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable in the waiting room and the front desk staff were very friendly.  I saw the PA with a very short wait. She was attentive, kind, and reassuring.  Paperwork afterwards included what was done, care instructions and follow-up instructions. Easy-peasy! I’ll come back here for urgent care needs!

It’s not feeling well so when I’m online and made an appointment. The process was simple and I was able to get the time I needed. Check-in was easy as I completed many of the documents the night before. When I arrived wait time was less than five minutes. The caregiver had a great bedside manner, took her time and was very thorough. I was very pleased with the care I received.

I was able to schedule an appointment and get right in. The doctor evaluated me and prescribed me the correct meds to treat the illness right away with the utmost professionalism.

Been feeling sick for about a month. The nurse knew right away from my symptoms that I needed a chest x-ray. I’m now being treated for pneumonia  🩷
