Nurse was professional, competent, and thorough, putting my mind at ease and giving me a comprehensive treatment plan. She also offered a referral to help establish a primary care doctor since mine recently retired. Office staff were friendly and efficient.

They were very professional and nice.  I was not feeling well and they were very nice.  Took care of me well and it was quick.  Would recommend them and would go again if needed.

Symptoms of a UTI increased overnight and I was able to make an appointment in the middle of the night for later that day. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I felt heard and cared for by the knowledgeable practitioner. I was able to get the medications I needed and started to feel better the following day. Very easy experience and I would recommend!

I have had a cough for a few days and it was getting worse.  We are getting ready to leave on vacation and I wanted to feel better before our departure.  Premier Urgent Care in Springboro was terrific.  The ability to schedule an appointment online made it very convenient to not have to wait to be seen.  The entire staff was professional and personable.  The CNP was amazing and took time to explain things without feeling rushed.   Thank you Premier for hiring such quality staff. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone needing the offered services.

My right foot got stomped by a horse that spooked when being turned out, felt I needed an X-ray. Scheduled an appointment on line and within 30 minutes was able to get it done. Staff was great. Walked out with a boot and crutches and a broken toe, love premier health!

Had a work related injury. The staff was courteous explaining the process. Was seeing quickly even with x-rays done. Will definitely recommend.

Went to the little clinic first, just to be told to put a “warm compress” on a staph infection. Left there crying and drove straight to Premier, waited maybe 5 mins to be called back, provider was in with me the next 3, right away told me it’s a staph infection, use some HCG wash, and prescribed me antibiotics! Woke up the next day feeling sooo much better! Thank you Dan!!
