I was suffering for many days with allergies problems. Went to Presbyterian Urgent care for the first time, not knowing what to expect. I did not know that I had to make an appointment. I was informed that they were very busy and gave me an appointment for a couple of hours later. My son and I left, we were a couple of blocks from the office and I received a call from the check in nurse to come back, they had a spot for me. (thank God.) The staff, from the front desk, nurse, and the doctor in charge were just great. I am new to Santa Fe, and did not know what to expect from a new area. My first experience with this company was the best. They took great care of me an I will always be thankful. Mrs. Williams

Went to the clinic shortly before closing on a Sunday. Staff were held for more than an hour beyond the ending of their day. Everyone was great! Efficient, nurturing and professional. Got me in quickly, took an X-ray immediately and confirmed what I suspected, broken toe. Gave me referrals for follow-up and appropriate medication. Would go back again.

Met with the doctor and had a follow up question the next day. Christina answered the phone when I called with my question. She said someone may or may not call me back that day, but someone would within 24 hours. Really, 24 hours to get a medical question answered when you need medical assistance? Well, 24 hours has come and gone. I never received a call back. Shocking, but not surprising based on my interaction with Christina and what I know about Presbyterian. Think twice before going to urgent care.

I arrived, made an appointment and had to leave for a few minutes before the appointment. Someone called about my appointment and strongly recommended that I go to the hospital ER instead of wait for the urgent care appointment. Because I follow the advice of medical professionals, I went to the ER and spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. I would NOT recommend this urgent care and, though clean, efficient front office and a nice new building, will not return if I can help it.
