The care this office gives has been not been unnoticed. Thank you for always working my family members in from covid to seeing daughter driving herself back into town from college. I’m in the transition to working my family in as established primary patients. What I love about this office is someone actually answers the phone! I’m stepping away from Sacred Heart for my primary visits bc scheduling is a nightmare.

We will only go to this Urgent Care as they use excellent safeguards to ensure that patients aren’t exposed to others in their waiting room. It’s the cleanest Urgent care in the area!! One minor is some staff do not wear masks which is not acceptable given it’s the height of Covid. Also the PA didn’t suggest even an OTC meds for my broken shoulder….the worst pain I’ve ever been in which is apparently common. They did respond promptly when I called back for OTC meds.

Beginning with the front desk employee to the nurse practitioner, Matthew Patton, I could not have experienced better healthcare service. Matthew Patton, nurse practitioner, is a very good listener and was very knowledgeable of my presenting problems. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating.

I went as a walk in yesterday and was told because of the amount of patients coming in they would need to give me an appointment -it is too hot for people to just sit in their cars-i came back at my appointment time and every step of the visit was excellent. The PA and Physician who saw me were excellent-i did test positive for COVID and because my symptoms were fever and deep cough the Doctor immediately gave me a new treatment called REGEN-COV-(shown to help prevent SARS). Within 12 hours my symptoms have improved tremendously-i feel without being proactive and my O2 levels were borderline low -i would have ended up needing additional oxygen-i cant express how grateful i am to the staff at this clinic. I just found my new PCP!

Love this clinic. It’s kind of a one stop shop with a lab and X-ray on sight. Dr Patton was very nice and thorough.

Called to make an appointment for monoclonal antibody treatment on Thursday. Was told the earliest time was Sunday. Arrived on Sunday to an empty parking lot and all doors locked. Lights off. Called the number and waited for someone to pick up. Answered by someone working from home or another site and told them what was going on. Who ever answered the phone had no idea that no one was at the building. She did offer to give our number to the oncall doctor but we never received a call from them. Situation could have been handled better. If no one was able to be there, someone could have at least called us to reschedule our appointment

This was by far the worst facility I have ever encountered. The professionalism of the young lady with dark brown hair was non existent. The young man was nice, but allowing the back office girls to cackle while you are lying in pain for hours on a rigid exam table is unacceptable. I had just had knee replacement surgery 8 days earlier and contacted Covid during my recovery. This brunette took my house shoes and shoved them toward me with her foot and walked out of the room. My walker was in the opposite corner of the room. Having taken 4 1/2 hours to do the antibody infusion, I missed my pain pill and ibuprofen for the fever with Covid. She took my temperature at my request and said it was 100.9. I was complaining of my whole body aching and no one offered any thing for the fever. Luckily I remembered I had some Tylenol in my purse and the gentleman got me some water to take them. I was so excited to find good care for my ailment, but customer service was bad enough to override the actual care. Also, they have you lay on an exam table for over 2 hours. It could not have been any more uncomfortable.
