Walked in and was checked in right away. Wait time was less then ten minutes. Staff is amazing! With urgent care facilities I don’t usually see a doctor (usually PA or nurse), but here I did. The doctor was very thorough. Wish I remembered her name. She was excellent!

Went in this morning with sinus congestion and chest congestion . Dr. Was very attentive to my needs and meds that I needed . While I’m still not back to feeling normal , hopefully I will feel better soon . Good experience

Went in with my daughter for a suspected ear infection. Waiting room was practically empty. There was only one patient ahead of us. We waited for an hour before being called back into an exam room. Once in there, we were prescribed the wrong treatment. The treatment we were told to pursue would have caused my daughter greater damage and pain. I consulted our regular pediatrician after leaving, and she confirmed this.

This is a rare treasure in urgent care! Priority 1 is a place where you can be evaluated by an experienced MD and registered nurses. I have been treated many times by Dr Halpert and his team of physicians. Having worked as an RN many years in a major medical center ED I have worked with some of the best and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else ..You are in an out in less than an hour , not an ED 10 hour wait and being exposed to infectious disease.      Priority 1 providers carefully listen to your medical problems and can do blood tests , IV s, prescriptions and refer you when needed. Dr Halpert has extensive experience and knowledge from other hospitals.. I recommend Priority 1 to everyone I know for the best care outside of a hospital.
