When I had 3 stitches placed on my left index finger there was no aftercare consulting, what to do/ not to do. The stitches were done in a not so good manner, thus resulting in infection and horrible scar. Stitches were removed yesterday and the doctor was in blue jeans and a t-shirt. I will never go there again for a laceration.

Woke up with a pain and cut. Made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes prior as asked. Finished checkin took 4 minutes. Waited in the lobby for a hour past my appointment then waited in the room for another hour to be spoken to and prescribed a med in 5 minutes. discharge was instant just walked out satisfied with the quality of care but took way to long

Scheduling was easy & quick. The staff was great. Elvis took care of me & was knowledgable & professional. He was able to diagnose & give care by looking at X-rays & talking with me. Excellent care given!

Had ear congestion that didn't go away. I arrived and was waiting only 5 minutes to speak to the intake receptionist. From there I was taken in after 10 minutes of paperwork since this was my first time. Dr was very quick and efficient. Left with a script to bring down the inflammation in my ear. Very happy, staff was very helpful. I would definitely go back.

I scheduled an appointment for after work because my throat was sore on Saturday and I went to urgent care in West Springfield to be seen. The doctor in West Side really didn’t do anything. He never even listed to my breathing and told me the white spots were tonsil stones. I don’t have tonsils. By Monday morning the pain migrated to the left side of my face and my left ear. I went in again Monday evening. I showed about 10 minutes before my 5:30 appointment. I was brought back about 5:25 and the doctor was in the room not even 10 minutes later. He listened to my breathing and found a lot of congestion. Said I was on my way to bronchitis and sent me some scripts to the pharmacy. He was wonderful, informative and listened. Said I’d be feeling better in no time.
