Priority Urgent Care, Cromwell

Was able to schedule late last night and got in early for the morning. Check-in was quick and easy on my phone. The staff was quick and prompt. I was out of there nine minutes after my scheduled time. And they sent my prescription up the road quickly. Not my first time here I continuously use it due to the convenience of where it’s at and how quickly I typically am in and out of there.

So easy to schedule. I scheduled an appointment same day and was in and out within 30 min. Got my medicine. Feeling better after coming down with the flu. Thank you so much.

I was brought to a room quickly after my arrival and the MA took my vitals and listened to what was going on.  There was a short wait for Susan since she was with another patient, however once she was in the room it was clear that I was her focus.   She did what I think was an appropriate exam and testing, and involved me in the decision making process. Excellent care

I arrived when they opened and noticed in the examine room there were several pieces of trash on the floor. I wouldn’t have thought about it if it was a later appointment but since I was the first one, I know your cleaning crew did not do a good job.  As always, all staff there were wonderful.

Scheduling was easy, check in was fast and every staff member was incredibly nice. Provider was  very knowledgeable and genuinely nice. I will recommend to everyone who is looking for a reliable walk in with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I had to have a pre operation physical for an upcoming surgery...the drs here were very friendly and professional... I would highly recommend this clinic 😃

Spent $55 just to have my lungs listened to. I have many nurses in my family, including an APRN who would have done that for free.  Doctor found out I was a smoker, and automatically assumed my cough and loose mucusy cough was a “smokers cough”.  Besides that, they all (including the doctor) were great people and I have zero complaints.

I went there originally on Friday but left because it was over an hour wait so I scheduled an appointment for this morning.  I was able to get in and out quickly today.  The wait time was quick and both the medical assistant and medical treater were very attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this urgent care place!

If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. I have been coming here for several years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent approximately two hours in the waiting room and then another hour waiting in the exam area. The exam room was unbelievably cold—to the point that my nose started running and I was extremely uncomfortable. What concerned me even more was the cleanliness of the facility. After sitting there for so long, you have plenty of time to look around. The equipment did not appear properly cleaned, and I could visibly see smudges and what appeared to be dried fluid or residue on some surfaces. For a healthcare facility where sick patients are constantly coming and going, sanitation should be a top priority. The waiting area was also filled with people who were visibly sick and coughing while everyone was left sitting together for extended periods of time. That made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about infection control. Communication with the provider was also difficult because I struggled to understand much of what was being said to me. Another thing that surprised me was the drug-testing process. I observed people being allowed to enter the restroom carrying bags and personal belongings. From a patient's perspective, that made me question how closely specimen collection procedures are being monitored and whether the process is being handled appropriately. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that this facility was not always like this. In the past, I found it clean, pleasant, and comfortable enough that I continued coming back for years. I was told that changes are being made, but based on my experience, those changes have unfortunately pushed me out the door. Three hours of waiting, questionable cleanliness, an uncomfortable environment, poor communication, and concerns about procedures were simply too much. I will not be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because patients deserve a clean, sanitary, professional, and comfortable healthcare environment.
