I was seen promptly. All staff were courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I was told that taking ibuprofen or aleve with blood thinners (Apixaban/Eliquis) was not contraindicated. The next day I discovered this was not the case,

The PA was not helpful or caring. He did not even make sure that he filled out the prior authorization in order for me to fill my prescription. I had to wait in a significant amount of pain until I saw my primary care physician. I would not recommend this clinic.

Woke up this morning with a bad sore throat and ear infection. Was able to schedule an appointment today itself. Wait time was manageable. Friendly staff.

Everything was solid except the walls are so thin I could hear the staff share what I had mentioned with other staff in the hallway. Wish they hadn’t announced my situation to the entire floor/other patients able to eavesdrop.
