Had an ear ache from the night before and scheduled an appointment fairly quickly at a time that was appropriate for me. Went to the clinic and was checked in quickly and taken in to a room very quickly. The wait time in the room was a little longer, but still OK. The PA was very nice and addressed my needs sent a prescription to the pharmacy.

Awoke this morning with odd sensation of very dry mouth. Booked the first appointment at Priority Urgent Care via the portal. Very Easy! Upon arrival I signed the documents I completed on line and paid for my visit. The nurse took mu vitals and asked for more details why I had come. The NP saw me and after examining my mouth ruled out several possible causes but wa not able to provide a cause. He suggested I would be better to see a dentist which I agreed would be my next appointment.

I felt like my concerns were kind of brushed off and I was told they would be sending my pharmacy an antibiotic and to wait 30mins it’s been almost 24hrs and they still don’t have anything I was also told that they might forget to call me back with information so to call back by Friday if I don’t hear anything
