What patients are saying...

Scheduled an appointment and came 15mins early as requested. Sat to 30mins before getting seen. The Doctor was rude. He decided to give me an X-Ray before even checking my lungs with a stethoscope. When I had concerns about cost he shrugged it off with an “I don’t know that’s an insurance question” - right…. I don’t want to pay for extras if it’s not necessary.  Front desk and nurse assistants were phenomenal. Took their time and were beyond respectful. The doctor though…. If you don’t like your line of work, don’t do it. As someone who works with people too - he needs to learn some manners.

Was seen for a uti . The first staff member was nice. However the PA pushed on back and abdominal. It was not necessary and caused increased pain. All members should  do only necessary things.
