Great place, but pointless to make an appointment. I’ve made appointments twice and both times I’ve waited well over an hour to be seen. I would have assumed that making an appointment saves your time slot. Not the case. They need to do better with time when patients actually make an appointment & are not walk ins. It’s pretty Disappointing. I can understand a few minutes behind but over an hour is unacceptable.

The only concern I have is being diagnosed with bronchitis I don’t understand why med dosage went down from 50 mg to 20mg.   I was four days without meds and feel a little like I started all over

The wait time was the only problem even though I had an appointment. They were slammed though so I didn't mind waiting. The nurse apologized for the wait. Everyone couldn't have been nicer.

I have the flu and was getting very scared of what I was experiencing. Everyone, down to the front desk staff was so kind. The recommendations the PA made, made a huge difference and I was feeling better by the end of the day.

The PA and the PRN were both fantastic. The young lady who took my vitals was extremely polite, friendly and caring. As for the receptionist, she would be better off in another line of work! The attitude might be enough to make some people turn around and walk out the door. They would unfortunately be missing out on the excellence of the rest of the staff.
