What patients are saying...

The doctor was not listening to me. He just kept telling me about statistics of what I had and not listening to my symptoms and kept telling me that it wasn’t nine days yet and I may be back for antibiotics which in all honesty why would I want to do that so that was strange..   How I feel but at the end he ended up giving me antibiotics which today I feel much better because I know my body, but it took a push to do that instead of him, listening to what I was trying to tell him. .. but for some reason, he only gave me five days which I have to now call again and see why that is

I’d been battling a sinus issue for days and decided to stop in at the urgent care near my office at the recommendation of a coworker. I was in and out quickly and the staff was so pleasant to deal with. The doctor was lovely and thorough and the office was clean. Overall, a very positive experience!

I cut my arm on a broken window and was bleeding profusely. I walked in and was treated quickly. 4 stitches in 2 cuts and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Would have been much longer in the ER! The staff was friendly and professional. A good option for something like stitches.

Provider just asked questions and only listened to my lungs.  Asked if my ears were bothering me while holding tool tool in them but never did. She stood with arms crossed the whole time and didn’t seem interested in examining me.  Sent me home with a script for something not strong enough and a nasal spray script that I could buy over the counter for cheaper.  Turns out I found out at my 2nd visit that week I had covid. Would have been nice to know on the first visit.  Was disappointed with lack of care
