I had an excellent experience at Priority Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine respect. The staff demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity and providing excellent patient service. The process was efficient and thorough.  I would especially like to recognize Victoria. She demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. She took the time to ensure everything was properly explained and addressed my questions with confidence and clarity.

Best walk in ever. Staff from the admin at the desk to the medical assistant and the APRN I saw. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable Thank you for the excellent level of care I always receive at your facility.I always recommend this facility if someone has to go to other than their primary care.

Had a bad case of poison ivy or sumac ~ needed higher dose of prednisone since medrol pack didn’t work - it was a little busy being a holiday weekend but staff was nice. Wait time was not bad- Assistant and PA were both professional and knowledgeable of my condition.

Had ear pain and muffled hearing. All staff were pleasant and professional. I was satisfied with the plan of care and appreciated a referral for follow-up based on a long-standing concern which I brought up. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend this provider.

Had an appointment for 1:15. Was not seen until 3:00. Room was dirty. Looked like the floor was not cleaned in a long time. Will not be returning.

The staff is awesome very friendly easy to talk to in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor listens to you.

Continued week of cold symptoms without relief with OTC medication. Went to priority urgent care and was able to get it within an hour despite not having an appointment. Local and convenient to anyone in the Oxford area.
