I was a walk in, no wait time, everyone was so nice. I had ear infections, I am feeling so much better today thanks to Dr. Donohue. I will definitely go back in an emergency . Thank you!

I booked my appmt. Online for 5 pm.  Checked in early no problem. People kept walking & the little assistant kept bringing more people in before me. Finally the APRN noticed this happening & had to straighten problem out & I got in at 7 pm & spent the next 45 minutes being talked to & examine & going over my problem.  The receptionist was not aware of appmts taking precedence to “walk-ins”  well handled!!!

Scheduling was a breeze, recurring patient most information was on file. Made appointment no wait time. Staff friendly. One complaint the medical provider who met with me was very attentive but did not introduce himself to me. I didn't know if he was a Dr, PA or a nurse, until I saw his name on a document I received after my visit. Otherwise, very happy with my visit.

I brought my daughter in for laceration in her hand.  When we checked in they said it would be a few minutes. I saw there 2-3 people ahead of us but then almost about 30-40 mins went by and they took about 3-4 walk ins ahead of us.  Nice we got it I the room.. it was another 25 mins wait.  My daughter was nervous because we thought she may need stitches. Luckily we got Dr. Gabe who was just top notch!  He put her at ease immediately, wonderful bedside manner and out me at ease as well.  He was informative, kind and thorough.  Thank goodness we waited as we almost walked out.  Over all the facility cold use a makeover and look less dated.  But the air time was too long.  Especially when we have jobs to get back too.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line. At check in I was immediately taken care of. I waited less than 5 minutes to be escorted to an exam room. MA checked me in and documented my issues to be discussed with the doctor. Doctor did not keep me waiting came in and examined me and discussed all her findings. Very thorough and compassionate. I wist all my exams could be this good. I would highly recommend this office and provider.

I scheduled online and the confirmation said to arrive 15 minutes early, so I did. However the staff intentionally didn’t check me in until 30 minutes later, making it appear like my wait time was less. There were plenty of staff, yet the wait times were ridiculous and the place was filthy. Instead of talking about personal life, which the whole waiting room could hear, maybe sweep or sanitize. Terrible experience from start to finish, will not be back.
