The quality of care is second to none.  I’ve used this location previously for other ailments and each time I get the same level of first class care.  The APRN is excellent in the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment of care and, rest assured, you will not be put at risk.   It’s at the top of my list!

The ease with which I made the appointment was appreciated. However, no one was in the office when I came in, and I had selected an appointment time, I was checked in and someone else came in after me and was taken first! I was then called and waited in the exam room for about 35 min. While waiting I received a text from Urgent Care stating that my appointment was complete and would I care to comment! I continued to sit and wait and was certain I heard the doctor go into yet another exam room before coming to mine. Granted I don’t know how all this scheduling works, but for an empty building I certainly waited quite a bit of time. Not to mention, the doctor or PA never introduced themself and barely smiled. I don’t know whom I even saw.      Her diagnosis was right on and I feel much better today. While I would recommend your establishment, I would remind you, when people feel lousy, you shouldn’t keep them waiting longer than needs be! I am generally patient, but the building was empty and I arrived early.

Over 30 mins past my appt time when called in. No oral Ned’s prescribed but stronger cream that is listed for things like eczema, psoriasis not poison ivy!
