Told the nurse my symptoms. They took my vitals and without any tests I was told to go to the ER for symptoms of something serious. At the emergency room I was basically put through tests and was told I was fine and it was minor and the urgent care told me it was something way more severe without any tests at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Shame because the front desk ladies were extremely pleasant.

scheduled an appointment at the chicopee location the day prior. the morning of I received a call stating that there would not be a provider at that location that day. I was offered an opportunity to reschedule or go to a different location. I opted for a different location and an appointment was scheduled for me close to the same time. this minor inconvenience to me was handled very efficiently.
