This was my first time using Priority urgent care Springfield I was a walk in patient. The staff was professional, polite, yet friendly., I had xrays taken and upon review they found a fractured rib. They called me to update their findings and offer more help. The women at the front desk went out of their way to get me what I needed. I definitely would recommend Priority Urgent care to any one

Came home from work sick. My husband took me to urgent care. We had very little wait time and took me right away. They took my vitals and examined me.Then told me that I should go to the hospital right away. They offered to call for an ambulance, but I decided to go with my husband and I went to the hospital and I was happy that I did. I left my phone at the urgent care and my pocketbook and they called me and held it till the next day. I would recommend them. They were GREAT!

I noticed a small rash on my left hip this morning. After lunch I noticed the rash had grown as was moving down my leg. I went to PUC and was immediately seen. The process was organized and timely. I was diagnosed and prescribed medication with in a half hour. I was to pick up the meds in an hour. Highly recommended
