Very poor experience. Staff was unable to draw my blood after 2 attempts. PA used medically inaccurate logic and reasoning to explain why dehydration was the cause of the 2 failed blood draw attempts. As someone who works in the healthcare space and have performed thousands of venipuncure and Intravenous/intra-arterial access procedures, I am confident saying user experience was the reason behind the unsuccessful blood draw attempts by the medical assistant. After waiting for 2 hours  and unsuccessful attempts at blood draws, I was told I’d either have to leave to go to another facility for a blood draw or aimlessly drink water in the lobby and try again in another hour. A drug screen and blood test should not occupy 3 hours of time at a walk in clinic with low volume. PA Christian Twano did not attempt to communicate with me directly, instead directing all communication through staff while he sat behind a counter. Why isn’t there a policy for a more experienced venipuncture professional to attempt at drawing blood if the medical assistant is unsuccessful? It’s inconvenient for patients to spend hours at a given location only to be told they now have to travel to another location because the staff isn’t as skilled and experienced to perform an offered service. I recommend remedial training for both the medical assistant and PA on venipuncture. I also recommend that PA Twano actually see patients of the clinic before drawing medical conclusions on procedural challenges. How would he know dehydration was the cause of my failed venipuncure if he hadn’t assessed my vasculature himself? Much improvements are needed to this facility.

I came in to have a cut on my hand treated. The staff here are very nice, especially Michaela and Alex. They were professional, personable and provided excellent care. I highly recommend them.  The space was clean and there was no wait.  The QR code / check-in did not work but other than that, everything was good.

Walked in around 3:45pm and was out in less than an hour. I was able to complete my check-in process digitally, which was straightforward and user-friendly. My physician provided a thorough examination, maintained a professional demeanor, and established a rapport with me.
