Excellent knowledge and care by staff. Listened to all my concerns, treated my sickness with compassion, but honesty giving me medication, but with kindness and care telling me I needed to go to the Emergency Room for imaging.

Had what I assumed was a ruptured hemorrhoid after normal PC hours and was seen within an hour. Gentle and compassionate and eased my worries. Woke up this morning finding a referral had already been placed with the CRS. Amazing a care and very thankful.

Went for back pain.  Wasn’t physically examined.  Only prescribed naproxen which could have been accomplished with telehealth.  Went to rule out something more serious.  Not feeling that the care was sufficient.
