Priority Urgent Care, Westfield

I spoke most with the intake person about my symptoms primarily, and she was very nice and responsive to my concerns, immediately taking a strep swab to rule it out. I had been having ongoing congestion for a few weeks and then had recently lost my voice with a bad sore throat and a pressure headache for a couple of days before heading in. The provider looked at my throat, saw the strep test was negative, then prescribed prednisone and a nasal spray for the congestion. I'm not really sure what the prednisone was for, to be honest, and I still don't really know WHAT I have besides the "acute pharyngitis - unspecified" written on the form, which is kind of tough since I'm still having symptoms

I was able to book an appointment and got in very quickly. There was a lot of open appointments so I chose one 45 from when I was online scheduling so that I would have time to get there. When I arrived in the waiting room and sat down I pulled out my phone to play a game and was called before I could even open the game lol. Was immediately seen by the PA. She sent an RX straight to my pharmacy. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend to the point I sent my husband today because he woke up sick. He was tested for Covid, flu, RSV and strep. In and out for him as well.

Fast, efficient, friendly.  Took care of my needs and was in an out within 30 minutes.  Even took X-rays and had results called into me with in an hour. Highly recommend for your urgent care needs.

Dr was rough the way she entered the room & spoke to me. Wait time was amazing. Didn’t have to wait long.  I would recommend the doctor but would tell people that bad side manners was not great

I had no difficulty scheduling my first appointment on a weekend and everything went like clockwork when I arrived at the facility and the care was great.  However, I had an enormous amount of internet  scheduling  difficulty for a second visit during the week.  After finally scheduling the second appointment, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes past the appointment time before being called in for care. When finally called in, the care was excellent.

Showed up early got me right in and out was very  happy with the services. Keep up the great work  Thank you

We have used this Urgent Care twice in 7 days- BOTH times the provider sent prescriptions to another STATE!!! Even after we reminded them to please make certain they were sent to CVS in MASSACHUSETTS. Also 2nd provider was rather curt and dismissive when we were asking and sharing information. She kept saying she was still getting acclimated to moving. Really ? Unprofessional.

Office was very busy but I was taken as soon as possible and treated . Medicines were called in immediately for pick up. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

I came with high blood pressure in time iwas referred to hospital I was so quick

Melissa was wonderful and went out of her way when she didn’t have to. everyone else i dealt with were also very kind, helpful and professional.
