The nurse and PA were great super friendly and explained everything well. My issue was the online check in. I made an appointment for 445 I checked in online like it said, and it showed me my place in the waiting room. I waited until 5 then it said it had to check in again. I went in and was told they were waiting for me to come in but I didn't. I lost my spot and had to wait until almost 530 to be seen. Why was I not contacted via phone or text to come in? What is the point of the online check in and waiting room if you just pass over those whom have checked in online?
