The call visit was good, but the only problem is the prescription was not sent in and I can’t seem to get anyone to let us know how to get the prescription. Could someone please reach out?

Excellent customer service!!! The virtual visit was prompt and easy to use the video was clear and the Dr. was very attentive to my concerns. Definitely pleased with my visit.

I sat in a virtual waiting room for 55 minutes. No provider came on. What a waste of time.

Called for uti Long wait  Difficult signing in on phone. Visit was very friendly listened to my symptoms suggested treatment and follow up if I was  not better in a couple days.  Ordered medication  Very helpful

No one never called back! So I went somewhere else!   Was having a problem FaceTime.  No one called me back!

Made an appointment for a sore throat and an ear ache. Unfortunately, an antibiotic could not be given without the doctor seeing me in person to look into my ear. She was very nice and as through as she could be. I would recommend tele health only if you don't need an antibiotic or stronger pain medicine than Ibuprofen or Tylenol.

Very easy process to schedule an interview. However, a diagnosis was not given therefore the proper medication was not prescribed.
