Doctor was great. Making the appointment was very difficult, required multiple entries of the same information in multiple places. Waiting was over an hour, with no updated eta provided. Clearly your appointment time is not an actual time, but the point at which you enter a queue. I would have chosen to go to an in person provider had I been properly informed of the appointment/wait time eta.
