At noon we went online and scheduled a visit for 1:00 p.m.; arrived early as instructed. We were in the exam room at 12:52. Entire exam including x-rays was less than 30 minutes. Amazing. All staff were very professional and personable. Very impressed.

I got the first appointment for the day and was the first one in the door in the morning. Because I was in for a positive covid test, I was asked to wait in my car until I could see the PA virtually. I watched other patients arrive after me get in and out while I was still waiting in my car. I waited an hour and 45 minutes before I was seen virtually. I called twice and walked in the office once to inquire about the wait and was told that the link would be active shortly. It turned out there was a glitch and they couldn't see that I was waiting. I felt very frustrated because I did call and come in to inquire about the wait. It took them far too long to recognize that there was a problem.
