Go somewhere else! Totally unprofessional and the wait times, even with an appointment , are over two hours, just to sit in a room. The woman who took my vitals had a filthy appearance, dirty scrubs and hair so tangled and dirty it smelled bad. Good luck trying to get a doctor to see you or return calls.

Update: I received a bill for nearly $500 for an annual check up. The bill had my incorrect spelling of my name, address, and incorrect address. I called because an annual check up is covered through my insurance and certainly not $500. I was told by accounting that this would be resolved after I called the to figure out why I was being charged especially nearly $500 annual check up. Now I’ve received a letter threatening to put me in collects. Not once did anyone call to verify my information or notify me this has not been resolved. This office needs to be shut down. The most negligent staff I have ever dealt with. I will be filling a formal complaint. Beware of this place the will try to rob you blind if you don’t pay attention. The staff is unprofessional from the front desk staff down to Dr. Pandora. I will definitely be looking for a new doctor after today’s visit. They don’t seem to take COVID seriously. It seems like the front desk is more concerned with watching videos on their phones and talking about their personal life than properly checking in patients. I am a new patient and had to wait 20 minutes after the time of my appointment to be handed paperwork. My paperwork was given to me on a dirty clipboard with a pen that other patients before me have used to sign in. When I was finally called back I had not had enough time to complete the new patient paperwork. I met with the nurse who had a few questions before meeting with the doctor. I then waited in the exam room for over an hour for the doctor to complete their portion. The doctor seem to be in a rush and hardly asked me anything or asked if I had any questions about anything. I felt like the people that work at this office don’t care about you at all. I have been at this office since 10 AM and it is now after 12 and I’m still not finished. A simple appointment should not take more than two hours! This is the worst office probably in the Las Vegas area. I am beyond disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism and the complete waste of my time. To top it all off my follow appointment was virtual it took them an hour to get me checked in and then I waited nearly 2 hours on a zoom call to be seen by the doctor.
