easy to schedule an appointment, not a long wait time approx 10-15 min. Once I was called back they did both of my appointments super fast, were professional, and explained everything well. I would go here again for any of my medical screening needs! nurse was also quick and efficient.

The scheduling process was easy as well as the check-in process. The staff were all very professional. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received today.

I have called 4 times to speak to someone about my results of testing . I could not get anyone to answer my call. I have a doctors appointment in the morning and was planning on showing the results to the doctor that I visit once every year . Well now I don’t have anything to show him because I do not have the results in my inbox! Sure would have been nice to talk with someone at your office to find out the email address I should be lookin for or maybe give them a different e mail ….. lookin for some kinda help , but instead got a ringing phone that after a few ring automatically hung up on me …… thanks for nothing !!!

They stay busy , it was my first time there. No one was able to answer the phone , so I took ot upon myself to look at web page online. Super easy to schedule yourself. Walked in early, treated with kindness . For as anxious as I get with needles, the lady that assisted with my visit made it pain free and I understood what exactly was going to happen for the procedure. Clear direction to follow up if any problems occurred. Thank you for making life a little easier. 😀

Super smooth and easy experience. Staff was very friendly and courteous, and there was basically zero wait time.

My experience was really good. I was first to arrive and was taken to the back really quickly for what I had scheduled. Everybody was kind, courteous, knowledgeable… had labs and that was a little wonky but only because my veins are rarely cooperative. All in all, it went well and in a timely manner.
