Unfriendly from the get go! The girl at the desk was too busy to check me in and then disappeared for several minutes. The whole place is horrifically understaffed. Also, the unwelcome environment begins at the front door. Rude signs all over the place about methods of payment, how to ring the bell, cellphones and managing children with exclamation points like you’re being yelled at. I think these could be a lot more respectful of paying customers but it sure speaks volumes of the attitude of the facility toward the source of their income. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this hole in the wall next time.

Worst urgent care experience. My mom went in for a rash she had on her side and the doctor assumed it was a yeast infection because she saw tiny little hard to see dots. It started to get worse so my mom went to the ER and turns out it was shingles!! The doctor used the term “humor me” when I told her she didn’t need to see the other side which was incredibly rude. Side note: my mom doesn’t know English so I always translate for her. The entire staff made it seem like what I was doing was bad by reacting in a negative way and not trusting me, her daughter. Hands down awful experience and I would urge everyone to go to another urgent care.
