Serving as a primary care provider in the Coldwater area, Prompt Care sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 7 days a week at their clinic located at 892 E Chicago St, Suite C with today's hours being 9:00AM to 2:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

My 80 year old father wanted to get checked out as he was not feeling well, they wanted him to go take a covid test and come back in 3 days then they will see him. It's prompt care suppose to take care of people and not send then away. This place is so rude for send him away. He wanted to get checked out cause he was not feeling well. So if you want care go elsewhere they apparently don't care about people's health.

Went there, for the first time on a Saturday. Looked empty, but handwritten sign on the door said "We'll close Friday at 5, but will reopen at 8 am Saturday and work normal hours (open til 2 pm)." We arrived at 12:45 pm, and doors were locked, lights off and no one there. So much for urgent care. When you need "urgent care" you should have some sense of urgency to serve the public. Can't say we won't ever need urgent care again, but also can't be sure anyone will be there to help.

Horrible place. Had to go there for myself & it took over an hour just to get a room even though there was only 1 other person being seen. Once I was called back, I sat in the room for an hour as the staff stood around talking amongst themselves outside of my room. Before the doctor came in, I heard a nurse scoff saying, "Oh, saved the best for last." They chuckled, then the doctor came in. She spent 5 minutes diagnosing my problem & left. The receptionist was rude talking to me about my insurance & said I would have to pay out of pocket. Years later, I had to go back because my daughter was very sick & our normal doctor's office was not open. It was the same thing over again. Rude receptionist, waited an hour to be called back, sat in a room for 1.5 hours that time, as we overheard the staff gossiping about our primary doctor. From there, they began making fun of asthmatic's when they read on my daughter's chart that she sometimes has asthma attacks. My daughter broke down in tears while waiting for the doctor to see her. She was in a lot of pain & was being mocked for having asthma! The doctor walked in, treated my daughter like crap as she disregarded her pain & tears. She was quick to make a diagnosis with a half hearted comment, then walked out. My husband had to go there not long ago. He also was treated rudely by the receptionist. He waited nearly an hour to be taken to a room when he was the only one there. Once he was in the room, a male doctor saw him. That doctor was suppose to do a thorough examination, but instead did a quick lame check & dismissed my husband as though there was nothing wrong. My husband was in horrible pain & the doctor shrugged him off. These cracker jack doctor's in a box are a joke. Their staff is horrifically rude & every person there should be fired. They are lousy and don't truly care about anyone other than themselves. They disrespect other people by wasting people's time, mock the sick & hurting, gossip more than work, and would be better off isolated & stocking shelves in a warehouse somewhere away from the general public. Three strikes, you're fired! We will never step foot in that filthy crap hole again.

I needed to be evaluated for strep throat. Closing time was 8pm. I showed up at 6:45pm and they would not see me. This visit should have taken WAY less than an hour. There was absolutely no reason for them to turn me away for this issue.
