PromptMD, Hoboken Urgent Care

After three weeks of coughing and mucous-y stuff, I went to PromptMD. Greeted in an efficient and friendly manner and filling out appropriate forms, I took a seat. I was brought to the examining room within 15 minutes. Kayla was my MA--very kind and great bedside manner. She certainly gave off the impression that things would be taken care of. And they were. The doctor came in, and after a quick summation of the issue, he listened to my lungs and said that he knew what he wanted to do and explained the three prescriptions he was going to write. He is one of those doctors whose aura of competence put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. On leaving the office, I asked how soon the prescriptions would be at the pharmacist and was told 10-15 minutes. I drove to the pharmacy, and they were there, ready to be picked up. The upshot is that three days later, the cough is almost entirely gone as is the mucous-y stuff. Kudos to staff. Highly recommend PromptMD in Hoboken on 1st St.

I did have to wait quite a while but that was no one’s fault. Everyone apologized several times and thanked me for my patience. I had three different issues that I was dealing with and they were all handled wonderfully. I felt that they really cared about me and I would definitely go there in the future.

Have sadly been sick a bunch this year but PromptMD has been easy and efficient every single time. Reserving a time is simple and at most, I’ve been seen about 25 mins after the reserved time slot which I don’t think is too bad. The staff has always been kind and helpful and I’ve been prescribed meds that take care of whatever had brought me in each time.

Front staff was great and booking was easy. Dr. told me it was too soon to know anything and didn’t give me any treatment plan. Going on a trip to Mexico in 2 days and still have nothing to help. Paid $50 for nothing.

Staff is always so professional and helpful. Check in and scheduling of the appointment was very easily available.

I always receive the best care from the entire staff.    It is very appreciated that the female staff goes the extra mile     I recommend Prompt to everyone.    Thank you all

Scheduling was fine and so the check in but the doctor that visited my daughter was not helpful and efficient . This is the first time I had a negative experience in this office

The entire staff at the First Street office in Hoboken were excellent! They went above & beyond given the circumstances. My parents & I are very grateful for their attention & care.
