Slow and nurse and practioner should work together.  Also, in terms of medication have concern that focus on what they insurance will approve versus medication needed for treatment.  In addition, there is too much pre judgment.  I don’t like to prescribe antibiotics or I don’t prescribe narcotics when not applicable.  Said differently focus needs to be on patient care.  Not biases and prejudgments.  It’s going to create problems!

Walked in with a bad sore throat and was seen in less than a half hour. Ellie the PA was excellent, as was Monika.

The staff was all great got me in and out quickly. The sign in procedure seemed redundant and brutally long for a repeat client.

Went here for urgent care, got in and filled out some paperwork with license and insurance card pics + info. After I was done they must've called me within 10-15 minutes. The doctor Sweta was better than almost any PCP I've had and I wish she was my PCP. Just kind, compassionate, explained everything really well, and was really patient with my questions. Diagnosed me and got me the right medication which worked very well. She even listened and worked with me when I asked about another medication for swelling and we talked through the potential negatives, and ultimately sent me home with that as well. Can't recommend her enough. We need more docs like this woman. The staff was also incredible too and equally kind patient and supportive. Literally zero room for improvement.

I coincidentally walked in at a busy time but scheduling was made to be very easy. I was able to leave home and then get a text message of when to come back. Treatment once I was in the office was quick, easy, and provided me the proper diagnosis and antibiotics so that the next day I am already feeling better.

These women are amazing. So kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We are lucky to have such great care in Hoboken.
