Great doctor, explained what's going to be good for you as a person

Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was seen on time. However, I was surprised by the request to provide payment details via text message. Additionally, the messages felt overly persistent, which made me reconsider returning in the future.

I had a severe cough, body aches, and chills. I scheduled my appointment with ease for a same day appointment.  The Dr. was kind and did her best to work with me given that it was a Telehealth appointment. My only issue is the secretaries or people who answer the phones. They have an attitude, the lady kept giving me the run around when the video call couldn't connect and truthfully every time I go to the weehawken prompt md the front desk folks are short and rude. So this seems to be a pattern of behavior whether virtual or in person. The Dr.’s are okay but the front desk staff not so much.

I always love my interactions with them from the beginning of walking in or logging in to leaving and finalizing with the doctor at the end. Always with concern and positivity and care. I wish I can make this place as a primary . Many doctor offices can learn from here on how to take care of patients from scheduling to end of visit. Not all places are bad , just explaining my experience. This place is one of the good. Hope this helps somewhat for anyone.

I am so grateful for this service. Turns out I have flu , which is why I was unable to get out of bed. Once in the call, the service was efficient and detailed, and I was prescribed what I need. Excellent service.

Solvhealth was so easy to navigate an I was able to see a provider through video call at PromptMd with provider Christina. She was very friendly and professional. The wait time was short, and the video clarity was excellent. Will use PromptMd again for nonemergent care next time.

Doing a video visit to the doctors makes is so much easier specially when you sick with the flu. Everything was easy with instructions on what to do making it a smooth process
