Visited for a standard STD testing. Check-In was simple, but I could see where others might have difficulty checking in if they are visiting for the first time. Staff was very descriptive of the process, very open, very friendly—all the adjectives. Staff seem to work very efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.

I am not happy with my visit to Prompt MD JC Centre. I was not provided with any diagnosis details or record for my problem. Was asked to leave after been given shot. When I asked about about the medications details I was told everything will be senttm to the pharamcy.  When I reached the pharamcy I could only get half the number of Medicines I was told about. I had to call the Centre again multiple times while waiting at thr pharamcy to send the rest of the prescription. Even then the complete prescription wasn't provided. I was already sick, in pain, waiting at the Pharmacy for my meds while the centre reps were being rude to me on phone. I will not be visiting here again not will I recommend it to anyone else.

Today I went to to Prompt MD because I have a weird feeling on my eyes . The doctor check very well my eyes . She used some  drops to see if my eyes have scratches. As always the clinic was clean , the staff was nice and the doctor excellent !

There was a wait and it seems like most of us have this URI that had been going around. The wait was okay and everyone was masked. The office was clean and the visit was awesome! I feel better already and love this practice.

Was there to get help for my daughter who was really, really sick. The staff were very friendly. The check-in process was quick and the doctor (Victoria) was very helpful and kind. After leaving, my daughter said she felt the treatment she got there felt more authentic compared to anywhere else we had been (Jersey City Medical Center & Newark Beth Israel Medical Center). This will definitely be the place I go to first next time. (Hopefully I don’t have to though).

I came in as a walk in for a shoulder injury, the staff attended to me fast and were very kind and considerate!

Everyone was nice.  The reception however seemed like she’d rather be somewhere else.  The Nurse and PA were great.

Nurse / doctor was great and helpful. Everyone else could be kinder/polite to the patients.

Great service. I will definitely come back here if I’m not feeling well.

The staff is fast and friendly, and the services provided are good.
