My appointment was at 8:30 and was told to arrive at 8:15. We had to stand outside and it was 8:50 before I was checked in and allowed to go inside for my vaccine. When I asked staff about the delay, the answer was I’m crowd control and they walked off. My first vaccine was at GSA, and it worked much better.
