Waited 2+ hrs for a virtual visit (still logged in and seeing nothing) when appointment showed only one other person booked for 9am - and no one was waiting in person. So now you have all my PII and my credit card number to boot - with no services and no way to reach the office. Bad business model. I hope you do NOT charge my insurance for zero service.

The people here are good. What doesn’t work is the booking system and the parking. - I booked an appointment online and was told when i arrived I still had to wait behind all the walkins. What was the point in delaying my visit only to have to wait? - the parking here is horrible. The lot has a really bad layout with no marked spaces
