Excellent care from the time I walked in until I left. Staff were professional and friendly. The physician took time out to explain everything to me! The BEST!

Wait time was over an hour for a scheduled appointment, to be told there is absolutely nothing wrong with me. Suffering for almost 2 months to deal with this waste of time urgent care is annoying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I had scheduled an urgent care appointment after being sick for 3 days with acute cough and problems breathing. I scheduled my appointment the night before for 10am, showed up at 9:45am to check in and they were having some computer processing issues. I was probably there a total of 2 hours between duration of wait and care. Staff was very friendly and did a flu test in office and sent one out to the lab. Still haven't gotten results from lab which they said I would probably get sometime today. I was prescribed a steroid and a cough decongestant although I will not be taking the cough decongestant because I took my first dose that night and woke up very foggy with a massive headache due to one of the ingredients in the medicine. Overall beside manner was good and staff was really friendly and did the best they could.

Checking in online was easy but when I arrived, i had to wait another hour until I was seen. I visited this location due to a possible sinus infection and possible covid. I was on spring break with my family. I explained to the doctor that I would like a covid test due to my symptoms she said due to the timeline of when I felt sick and lost my taste i was out of range for covid anyway. i asked again to have the test due to how i was feeling and me not wanting to get my family sick. she replied "NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID" I mentioned to her that I know my what symptoms I had and that I have never felt this way and that i don't visit the doctor unless I know I'm really sick. She again looked at me and huffed and walked out the door. I held my ground and asked 3 times for a covid test. To everyone's surprise I was positive, and the entire staff was very unhappy. my husband said someone came out in a huff wiping down the counter tops, doorknobs and removing pens in such a huff. I put a mask on to protect everyone in the office, but I feel the doctors need to listen to the patient and not dismiss what the patient is telling them. that's exactly why I don't go to the doctor unless I'm super sick. they act as if they know everything. i will not be visiting this center again.

Bedside manner needs a lot of work. Only saw the NP for less than five minutes and she was very cold and distant. However the M.A. was beyond friendly and welcoming.

Perfect urgent care! The staff and facility and time! UTI ~ check in vitals labs time with nurse practitioner and script in less than 30 minutes. I I did not feel rushed through! Booked my appt the day before for the time I needed!

Clinic was very busy, staff took care of patients in a timely/friendly manner. Dr. was very thorough.
