Serving as a primary care provider in the Valley Stream area, Queens Long Island Medical Group sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 6 days a week at their clinic located at 260 Sunrise Hwy, Suite 200 with today's hours being 8:00AM to 5:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

( Please disregard the “star ratings” above ) My Dad and I just had to choose an Aetna physical therapy provider. Although “ Queens Long Island Medical Group, ” is purportedly a reputable Aetna provider, and its Jamaica location would have been convenient for us to patronize, we are compelled to take our business elsewhere. We reject the practices’ misnomer. Queens County is in fact part of the Long Island land mass. It is geographically untrue to suggest otherwise. If said business misrepresents that which is obvious and straightforward, it can’t be relied upon to accurately portray things of a complex nature. The reality is that Long Island consists of the NYC boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. For that matter : “Long Island City“ - Queens County community that sits on the island’s western waterfront , Long Island University’s main campus - Downtown Brooklyn, NYU Langone - formerly Long Island College Hospital , Revolutionary War, “The Battle of Long Island,“ was primarily fought in Kings County / Brooklyn . . . KEEP LONG ISLAND LONG !
