Scheduling was easy, waited almost a hour …. Was finally seen and the dr seemed so confused, barely spoke and then deemed something about my allergies and just taking Flonase for the fluid and ear pain he observed…mentioned swollen glands and such - but then sent me on my way and told me to take allergy meds… I have never experienced allergies that left me with severe ear pain and he noted a large amount of fluid ? Very confused about this whole process- very disappointed  I would not recommend this provider

Came in for glass in my foot. Xray said no glass and was sent home. Next day, pulled the glass out of my foot myself.. thank god I got it I can only imagine the potential infection and further pain I would have had, had I not of gotten it out

Had to have bloodwork completed. I am horrible with bloodwork as my veins are almost non existent. The nurse that took my blood was by far the best I have ever had! She got it on the first try ( that is not an easy task) and I don’t even feel that awful pinch you usually get. She was amazing at her job as well as her personality!

First time using an UC, was a great experience. Made an appointment on my phone, wait time in office was short. The whole experience was good, would use them again if need arises.

Was expecting to possibly have a X-ray but that didn’t happen. Dr was basically going to treat me as someone who had a pulled muscle, and then he heard me cough and decided I needed antibiotics,I am feeling no better
