It's hit or miss on the care you get here. Some care givers, like today, are just trying to get you in and out. Today I left with more questions than answers. Doctor kept trying to leave and giving me vague or no answers on some of them. The last doctor I had here was pleasant, joked, and took her time with me to answer everything, I was very informed, not this time unfortunately. Also, they need to better train their nurses or front desk because I had a balance that was never addressed from 2 years ago, and I was there earlier this year! Front desk said not everyone knows what they are doing because they are new but I didn't see anyone training either (always seems short staffed). They asked how much I weighed, which I didn't know since I just had a baby this year, instead of actually weighing me. Not the best experience this time but they weren't rude and I'd still come back but will ask for a real doctor instead of a nurse practitioner.

Arrived at 330 paperwork filled out prior appt was at 4pm Dr. Apparently has procedure day. So it's almost 5 and my child still has not been seen by Dr. Dr.popped in and said it's gonna be awhile still 🤦‍♀️
