Had bad cough, was able to get right in. Only thing my daughter questioned is that I was not tested for flu or RSV.

This was a return visit after no improvement on previous antibiotics. The clinic was busy but despite that staff were friendly and thorough. NP was very concise with his diagnosis and wanted to confirm we were on the right plan with a nasal swab. Quick result the next day. Feeling slightly better today.

Everyone was very nice. Facility was clean. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Setting up an appt and filling out the info on line was great, a big time saver. The staff was friendly. I didn’t feel rushed and the provider took his time, met my needs and answered my questions. I will definitely go back if needed.

Needed xrays of both wrists and left elbow , very painful after a hard fall onto cement. Set up appt w Medina location for Tuesday at 1:15, only to get a text msg confirming it for Monday, which was wrong. Reset appt for Tuesday at 1:15, again stating need for xrays to rule out any breaks. Confirmed. Then got a text after 7 p.m. that no xray tech available @Medina, but Strongsville had one. I texted back that it would work if I could get the same time slot when I saw the msg (nearly 9 p.m.) got confirmation the next morning. PA gave me a referral for ortho in event still having pain after several days. No breaks showing in left wrist or elbow, didn't have results for right wrist. Have yet to hear back on that. Asked PA if she knew where I could get wrist brace (my daughter had loaned one to me, needed one for left) she brought out a very sturdy looking one, but had me sign a paper 'in case my insurance wouldn't cover it' I asked for a matching one for other wrist, due to better support which seemed to ease the pain somewhat, again with signing a paper. She never did tell me how much they cost... I found exact ones online for $40 each, so hopefully they aren't being jacked up in price... if so, I will be bringing them back. I'm afraid to use them now, in case insurance doesn't pay. I've never been treated like that, it was a very negative experience.

The online scheduling was fast and easy to navigate. This was my first visit so I appreciated being able to fill out paperwork and scan ID and medical card prior to arriving. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, they showed genuine concern for my health and what brought me in that day.

Woke up with body aches so bad I couldn’t sit, stand or lie down. I scheduled an appointment online which was super convenient and easy with many available times to meet my schedule. I was in and out in a half hour with everything I needed to beat the flu. The staff and doctors are very friendly and wonderful to work with. I definitely QUICKmed Urgently care is Strongsville.

PA Kellogg was attentive to listening and understanding and caring about my medical issue; he checked lungs, heart, ears, nose, throat, and evaluated best course for my treatment.  I appreciated his recommendations and the meds prescribed to help with my recovery.

Everyone was friendly and kind. Needed X-rays tor a foot injury. I was in and out fast. I highly recommend them!!!
