I got there a little before 8am and I was out by 8 30 am. Everyone was very nice. They listened to me. The NP was friendly and prescribed a medication for my itching. Thanks so very much!

I went in because I had an earache and it’s the same earache I get when I have the start of an ear infection. I was seen by Ronald and I told him how this would be my 4th ear infection since April and that last time I had a double ear infection which was diagnosed by the same office. He told me that it’s impossible to get a double ear infection and that there is no way anyone in that office told me that and if they did they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. He also said there is no where on medical boards he has ever seen where anyone has been diagnosed with a double ear infection and that it’s impossible to get one. He also said because my ear drums are gray that means there is no infection but when I mentioned that my ear pain just started the day before yesterday and this is always how my ear infections start he did not want to listen and swore up and down I don’t have an ear infection. So his treatment to me was to take Flonase for 10 days with 2 pumps in each nostril and prednisone for 3 days. He also smelled heavily like cigarette smoke.

Had an issue with my eye.  Scheduled online and was seen  right after I arrived.  Ray did the initial assessment.  He was wonderful, very attentive and reassuring.  He will be an excellent nurse in the very near future.  I was in and out within 30 minutes.  My issue had to be referred to a specialist.  I would definitely use this location again if necessary and would refer family and friends.

When I scheduled my appointment online, I had to fill out paperwork with my info / symptoms.  When I got to the office, I had to fill out paperwork with my info and symptoms again (not as in depth, but definitely redundant).  Then when I got to the room, I was asked about my symptoms again.  Then when the nurse practitioner came in, I was asked about my symptoms again. I felt that the appointment was not thorough, it was very rushed.  When I called to ask questions regarding my prescription, I was put on hold / hung up on multiple times by the secretary. I felt like I was being avoided.  I only come to QUICKmed as a last resort for healthcare when I’m sick, because this is the second time I’ve been and have had a bad experience.  I would not recommend this office, unless you’re absolutely in a pinch.
