It was confusing on how to find my actual phone meeting but once j figured it out it went smooth.

It says that my visit is complete but I never got a visit. I just sat here and waited for my appointment and nobody ever got on the call

Scheduled last night for this morning which was great but the provider talked about meds she was prescribing and then sent something different to the pharmacy. Very frustrating that there isn’t a way to follow up to know why.

Scheduling was easy checking was easy the nurse practitioner that I spoke to didn't seem to understand anything that I was saying and not because he didn't speak the language I was told to go buy new shoes for a injury to my foot instead of being able to get a note for some time off from work I don't have the money to get a new pair of shoes and now I'm going to lose my job

i never received my prescriptions , my pharmacy never received my prescriptions

Scheduling was easy. The doctor greeted me nicely but talked very fast and didn't really listen to me. My symptoms were dismissed as common cold or allergies.

The doctor was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care

She was pretty quick and answered every question in and out in less then 45 minutes

woke up this morning with a uti and booked a virtual appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and attentive and kind as always!
