I was able to book online and be seen within a few hours. The doctor took time listening to me.

My visit was great. I gave my pharmacy address and when my script was called into the wrong pharmacy, the person at the front told me that I may have to pay out of pocket if I want to get my prescription from the correct pharmacy. I asked if they could call and rectify the situation and she was pretty adamant that I’d need to handle. Poor service after a decent visit. If a mistake was make by the clinic, it should have been taken care of by the clinic.

Very disappointed. Went in to have a quick blood draw With an appointment scheduled.  First time they didn’t have the right tubes for the blood draw so I had to go back the next day .  When I got there on the 2nd day It was almost an hour before I was called back, and there was only one other person ahead of me.  They called people back before me because they said the papers were out of order.  The girls, drawing blood versus being at the front desk, did not communicate at all.  The front desk girls were not nice & didn’t seem to care about the fact that I had a stand the others didn’t..  Not Even close to being QUICK.

Couldn’t tell you a single staff members name. Secretary who checked me in was the only one with a personality and friendly demeanor. I’m assuming it was a MA who roomed me and took my vitals did not get her name because it was not given. She asked me what I would like done at my appointment. I just don’t think that’s up to me or her to decide. I believe a physician should look at you and see where you should go from there. I’m assuming the provider came in next, I would not know because she did not introduce herself. I don’t know if it was a nurse practitioner a physician assistant or a doctor I literally have no clue she could be a nurse for all I know, she came and presented me with the same question what can I do for you? I just think that is so unprofessional. I am here. I am sick. Clearly I need checked out. I don’t think you need to ask what you can do for me. I think you need to assess me and then go from there , very disappointed with my care and the unprofessionalism made me leave with uncertainty of the care I got so it just felt like a giant waste of my time and money going there very disappointing. No i would not recommend this provider
