Waited 15 minutes for telehealth just to get told to go to my closest center. I called said center and they had no practitioners to take my test. They were rude and acted like I had the audacity to do something wrong for calling and being confused why I couldn’t go in.

Charged my insurance 2700$ to tell me i had a cold.  Didnt say she was prescribing any medicine to me at all, get a notification from my pharmacy that somebody called in cough syrup that was not discussed. Overall very unhappy. Wont be using them again.

Waited for 20mins for my appointment and no one answered so now have to reschedule again

I was able to schedule no prob Dr didn’t prescribe anything but told me to go get over the counter meds. I woke up this morning with a higher fever and my chest and ears hurt so bad. I need antibiotics I just feel that call was a waste of time

It took a long time on the telehealth for the doctor to show up. He was thorough and very friendly.

Very quick and friendly. No wait, the provider was actually early to the appointment. Would highly recommend.

Cannot get any information on prescription status and cannot get ahold of anyone from solving to help me.
