Everything was good but I didn’t like that I got no paper work . I got a steroid shot and I don’t know what kind , side effects or anything .I feel like crao after having it wish I would have asked more questions about the shot before I got it I can’t take steroid pills so they said shot different .would have liked pause work to see what kind and side effects .

Absolutely Top Notch! Both the Doctor and assistants were Quick and Efficient. They were all very Friendly including the Front Desk. I didn't wait 15 minutes and was back getting Care. Would Highly Recommend this Facility. It will be my Go to now instead of An Emergency Room.

My only complaint is that the antibiotics prescribed to my FIL were sent to the wrong pharmacy, despite confirming the correct pharmacy before sending it. When I went back in to correct it, I was told they'd fix it, but the meds have yet to be called in to the correct pharmacy. He technically doesn't need them, as he ended up going to the ER for treatment and received antibiotics there, but it's crazy that 2 days later had he needed this medication, it still wouldn't be available to him.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online I love that I confirmed once I got there the staff was not really friendly at the front office and the nurse practitioner that took care of me it was like she her what I was saying but didn’t take any thought into what I was feeling this was my first experience there that wasn’t a positive experience Because the friendliness and the care before it was more caring and understanding
