I checked in online and my appointment was at 4:30. We did not get taken back to the room until 5:30. The lady at the front desk was telling people walking in that the wait was at least an hour and a half b/c the Dr. "Was slow" and they had the choice to wait, go to another location, or come back the following day. While waiting in the lobby a woman came in and said that her husband went into the back and asked if they know how much longer it was going to be because she had been waiting in the car with her 2yr old for 3 hours since he went back. The lady at the front desk did not say anything to the people coming in that they might get into a room but still have to wait hours! We only got seen by the doctor quickly because we complained once we were in a room & said we were going to leave if we did not get seen and that my girlfriend might have appendicitis, & might not have hours to wait if that was the case. Which the doctor did end up confirming and we had to go to another ER for her to get treated. We went to an urgent care first thinking if she just had a kidney infection (which she is prome to) there was no point in tying up the ER. If your physician is too slow to handle that caseload a second position should be on staff or that physician should not be working there. The woman at the front desk definitely shouldn't be telling people that the doctor is slow. The entire thing was unprofessional and handled improperly. I have visited this location many times and never ever experienced something like this. The staff is usually very friendly and professional and it's usually a quick in and out versus an ER. But for the amount of time people were waiting we should have just gone to an ER.

Staff very friendly.  Wait time was perfectly acceptable and appointment was completed in about 45 minutes.  Cleanliness could be better as the bathroom sink was backed up and another patients urine specimen was in the restroom.  I have used this urgent care on several occasions and would recommend it.

Woke up this morning with a sore tooth. Went a line use the option for online scheduling and online check-in. It was excellent easy when I arrive. The front desk was friendly. The nurse practitioner was friendly and the doctor was friendly. Very warm environment.

Everything about my experience was fantastic! I truly appreciate the care given by all.

I can't say enough about the Doctor who treated me today! Full of knowledge, perfect bed side manor,and made me feel so comfortable asking the questions I had.

I needed a physical for work, so my visit was fairly routine. The staff was so friendly from the front desk to the physician assistant to the physician himself. Everyone was so kind. It was simple to schedule my appointment online. My wait was minimal. I would definitely recommend using the Liberty location. 5 stars all around!

Appointment was managed in a timely fashion.  The doctor was very thorough, kind and thoughtful.

Wasn’t very impressed with the doctor. He came in and asked me what my problem was. I said well did you look at my urine sample and he said oh yeah it looks like you may have some bacteria in it didn’t tell me what kind of infection didn’t tell me if it was bladder or kidney and then sent me on my way

I went in for a very inflamed sore throat and in severe pain. I was given no meds and told my infection was viral. I ended up being in more severe pain today and went to a different care and got the care I needed

Just needed lab work the wait time was over an hour
