Went in due to dizziness and light headed. They really didn’t do too much besides prescribe me medicine. The front desk person said she won’t see me again without physical ins card. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just use what email? Is it laziness? Idk. But next time just take what people have because you don’t know their situation and when they don’t feel good do you really have to make them feel bad about have to email something?

My granddaughter was sent home from school due to headache & fever. During visit, the nurse greeted my granddaughter reassuringly. She immediately felt heard. The nurse immediately identified her bronchial cough, empathically. During routine testing my granddaughter's nose bleed returned & the nurse was great with calming her down and reassuring her that she will receive the best care. She gently juggled the 3 testing swabs as she stopped the nose bleed and asked questions about the regularity of the nose bleeds. It was funny to see my granddaughter try to negotiate the streptococcus test swab, but the nurse confirmed it could not be delayed until the other 2 swabs results came back but that if she held her head & mouth right, she could complete the swab before the gag feeling. The nurse repore was established, that when it came time for the steroid shot in the unmentionable. My granddaughter trusted her enough to administrator without negotiating. Afterwards, she had the biggest smile as she ate her popsicle. She and I were so proud of the self-esteem boost provided. The doctor, NURSE, 2 assisting staff members (receptionist and 2nd nurse) were great!

I am extremely disappointed in the doctor walking into another patient's room reading my test results. He never checked the Name and Date of Birth to confirm. Major HIPPA violation!!! Will be speaking with a lawyer.
