Fast, courteous and easy to schedule a visit online.

Did extensive research making sure that this platform treated a specific problem which they do. But for some reason they don’t treat it for someone who can’t afford to pay big bucks. Told me I should use another online service to do something they supposedly do all the time! WTH?

The staff was very kind and caring and helpful and respectful

Woke up this morning with pink eye, made an appt at an eye dr, waited almost an hour there then walked out. In the parking lot made a virtual visit for 30mins from that time, got home, had my telehealth visit and within 15min my prescription was ready. Highly, highly recommend!

I like making a doctors visit from my house! Will do this again for my urgent visit!

The receptionist was very friendly but the doctor could be a little more friendly. I’m not an idiot. I know what virtual is and I know no one is physically helping me. Just open your ears and listen instead of talking to me like a child

Staff was amazing. Dr was nice and knowledgeable. Wait time was a little longer then expected but what’s 20-30 mins on a video wait. Worth it to us!  I love that we can have most dr visits that way. Especially with great staff and drs like this. Would recommend yes.
