Everyone I talked to was awesome, friendly, and wonderful. It was so easy to sign up and get an appointment scheduled. I did have to wait awhile to see the nurse and then the doctor but the nurse had also explained that they had been busy which is completely understandable. Great staff. Great platform. The night before I was having so much eye pain due to a contact scratching my eye. Woke up at 7:30 was able to schedule a virtual visit for 9:30. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I also love how they call you the next day to check on you. This is actually the best urgent care ever.

Needed to see urgent care asap and I travel for my job. I also work long hours daily so when I was searching for a place near by and came across Rapid and that I was able to schedule a video visit for in the next hour I was amazed! Scheduling was extremely easy, took awhile waiting for the staff to arrive on video visit but it allowed me to continue with my work while I waited so no complaints there and I was in the privacy of my own office! The provider was very helpful and friendly and was quick! Will definitely use again for sure!
