The doctor was very unprofessional to the point where not only did she interrogate me but whenever I ask her why she was acting that way towards me because I was trying to tell her what I needed. Yes, I’m very aware that I’m not a doctor, but I’m just guessing that’s what I needed I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful or trying to tell her how to do her job. I was just explaining myself. I felt like her bedside mean it was very poor and very unprofessional to the point she even got up and walked away and had another person come back to sit down and assist me and give me the medication’s that I asked for For, which is very strange in my opinion because if it was that big of an issue, it wouldn’t have been a problem I could’ve just went to my primary doctor instead of being interrogated and treated so poorly.

Great Care!  I was very sick and did not feel like leaving my home so they came to me and it was perfect. Absolutely Happy!!!

I woke up wheezing, accidentally booked a telemedicine appt, and was able to be seen in a timely manner. Staff and provider were super friendly! Although I’d go in next time for wheezing, I’d definitely recommend the telemedicine appts. Check in was a breeze.

I thought it would be easier to to a virtual visit since all I had was a probable ear infection. First virtual visit got cancelled after I was in the waiting video call for over an hour, so I had to make another appointment. Part of me wishes I didn't because the doctor who talked with me basically made me feel bad that I wasn't there in person. I understand that some treatments are easier in person, but I thought that thorough explanation of my symptoms plus the doctors expertise was the whole point of virtual visits for minor problems. Definitely will think twice before doing a virtual appointment again since it was more stressful than just going into a clinic.
